BLACKPINK has took the first step of their world tour with sold out of three concerts and mobilized 30 thousand audiences.

The ‘BLACKPINK 2019 WORLD TOUR with KIA [IN YOUR ARAEA]’, first world tour of BLACKPINK since their debut, started in the home country of Lisa. Lisa when in to YG Entertainment as a singer trainee in 2011 and performed on the first stage of Bangkok concert since her debut as BLACKPINK on August 8, 2016. 

The concerts in Bangkok was very hot and the tickets for the concert on the 12th and 13th were all sold out, and an additional concert was opened on 11th but the tickets were also sold out as well. Each concert was filled with 10 thousand seats so they were able to mobilize total of 30 thousand audiences for the 3 concerts.

The BLACKPINK goodies for sale in Bangkok concert were all sold out. The fans did not just watch the concert but reminisced memories through the Goodies of BLACKPINK. ‘Blink’ has also prepared a slogan event in Korean that says ‘I will shine BLACKPINK forever’ ‘887Days I am waiting for you’ ‘Happy birthday Jisu and Jennie’

A lot celebrities of Thailand has attended the BLACKPINK Concert, including the actors taew natapohn and Mew nittha, the singer Oat Pramote, etc.

BLACKPINK said, “We will not forget the special days of the Bangkok Concert even we go back to Korea. We will miss Thailand. We will be back in Bangkok again soon.” and gave expectations for additional concert in Bangkok.

Lisa also thanked, “I am grateful to all those who came to support us. It is very meaningful that we started our first world tour in Thailand. And it would be great if everyone could remember this moment. We love you BLINK!”.

BLACKPINK’s WORLD TOUR with Kia Motors started in Bangkok followed by Jakarta on 19th and 20th, and followed by Hong Kong, Manila, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei as well as North America, Europe and Australia.
